Term 1

Feb 2nd – March 28th – 8 week block

StudioMade is now offering Flexi -Classes – purchase any amount  of classes and be flexible about which days and weeks you attend -its up to you.

Providing in-built flexibility for all students for all term classes – if you can’t attend on your preferred date you can attend an alternate session on any day, any week during your paid up term – there is no limit to the number of flexi- classes, so long as they are taken during your paid up term ( no extensions to the following term or usable during studio access sessions )

Levels: Absolute beginner | beginner | intermediate – All levels welcome:  with hand building and wheel work tuition options available in all classes. Our tutors will give additional time to beginners, in all classes. We understand there can be frustration that can come in the early days of throwing on the wheel, we’ll give you plenty of assistance and encouragement as you find your way.

Class Options

Evening Classes: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Morning Classes: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexi- Classes – any session- any day, including weekends

These are adult classes – (participants must be over 16 years) – all classes incorporate the potter’s wheel and hand building learning options. Don’t expect a lock – step approach. There is no ‘house style’ with us – your creativity is yours to discover and develop with our help.  We recognise everyone runs at their own pace – we’ll run at yours.  StudioMade prides itself on focusing on the individual. You will receive 1:1 tuition , with fair tutor: student ratios.  We’ll pick you up when you fall down – and we’ll let you run too.

Enrolled students are also encouraged to take advantage of Studio Access, running  over some weekends and during the term breaks. Everything included in the hourly fee.   This is a great opportunity to practice your clay skills.

We offer classes for the NDIS community as well as others catering for smaller groups ( no more than 4 active participants) in a well supported environment where there is the option and space, for support personnel, and companion dogs ( with certification).

The term blocks are shorter, and the classes are smaller.

Hand building and wheel options are available to all.

If you miss a class, there may be an option to attend an alternate session within the term.
