Taster Classes

Taster Classes – maximum of 6 participants

Children over 8 years welcome with an accompanying adult are welcome in our regular taster classes

New and now offering: School holidays and events:  classes for kids – build your own family and friends group for school holiday play dates, parties and events ( fixed rate of $400 for up to 8 participants ) – contact us with your preferred date and time.

Boutique pottery classes – where we’re different to the rest.

You will sincerely enjoy and get a taste for our fun pottery classes in an authentic studio environment.

We step up the pace and set you up on the wheel for some throwing and occasionally mix it up at the handbuilding table to experience a different form of tactility.

You’ll be guided with a couple of forms on the wheel to return to later, including learning how to attach a handle to your breakfast cup.

If we’re handbuilding, we’ll get you comfortable at the table and show you how to work magic with the Puki – a small mold to hand build another little bowl.

Firing and glazing of 2  finished pieces is included in your ticket – choose from your makings: a breakfast cup with a handle, a small bowl or keep cup, or perhaps a Puki bowl.
