Snazz up your morning cereal with your own coil bowl! Under the guidance of our experienced tutor, kids will learn how to create coils and balls and smooth them into mould a bowl. They can then choose a glaze colour and we will glaze and fire each one, ready to take home at a later date.
Guided by our experienced tutors kids will learn how to paint and decorate their own plate using multicoloured underglazes! PLUS we will glaze and fire each plate for you to take home to treasure and use at your next family meal.
This is an opportunity for young children to explore and play, developing their skills painting to match their imagination. The cost of this course includes a bisqueware plate, all materials and tools required, to decorate and glaze of your plate.
Brighten up your table with your very own handmade mug! In this workshop kids will learn key hand-building techniques to make their own mug or cup from clay. Kids then get to paint their creation in bright underglaze colours, and we will clear glaze and fire each one ready to take home at a later date.

Just for Teens
We're always working to see what works. Introducing Wheel classess for teens, ages 12-20 during the school term. Think Friday nights, Saturday afternoons. Contact us if your teen may be interested. Classes will run for 1 1/2 hours @ $85 pp - small classess - no more than 8, with plenty of assistance by the class tutor.
Please note that studio space is limited consequently to join your child in any activity you will be required to book your own place as well. You are also welcome to drop off your child, and return just before the end of class for pick up.
Guided by our experienced tutors teenagers will get a feel for how the wheel works, learn how to centre clay and how to create their own masterpiece! PLUS, everyone will get to choose one piece of work from that class that will be glazed and fired by us for them to take home at a later date.
